1:30 PM Erica Ziegler, Deputy Director, Missouri DHSS Division of Cannabis Regulation
Erica will discuss the recent developments in micro business licensing, the status of the reference lab and other related topics.
2:15 PM Representative Adrian Plank
Representative Plank will discuss the marijuana law reform bills he has filed this session, as well as efforts to sabotage the initiative process and overturn the will of Missouri voters who have passed such initiatives.
2:45 PM Jason Ortiz, Last Prisoner Project, Director of Strategic Initiatives
LPP is a new organization dedicated to the release of cannabis prisoners from state and federal prisons. Learn how LPP is accomplishing this goal.
3:30 PM Lauren Daly, Interim Director, Marijuana Policy Project
Lauren will speak about efforts to repeal reform measures and prospects for future progress.
4:15 PM Keith Stroup, NORML Founder and Legal Counsel
Keith will discuss the history of the marijuana legalization movement and where he sees it going in the future.
