Greater St. Louis NORML is a state chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws or NORML. Greater St. Louis NORML is a non-profit organization dedicated to education. Our mission is to move Missouri public opinion sufficiently to legalize the responsible use of marijuana by adults.

Greater St. Louis NORML holds monthly meetings, hosts interesting speakers, conducts special informational campaigns, and educates the public through display booths and action events.

The Greater St. Louis NORML monthly general meeting is held every second Monday of the month. At this meeting we conduct essential chapter business, discuss current state and federal legislation, review news, plan future events and hear from special guest speakers. This meeting is open to the public. Current Greater St. Louis NORML members may vote on specific agenda items or motions during the normal course of club business. Input and comments from the public are encouraged.

The general meetings are held at various locations throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please check our events page for the location of the next upcoming meeting or event.

Additional social events are held and may include cannabis industry professionals from relevant fields of business, medical or scientific areas. These event locations and agenda will be posted on our Events Calendar and are open to the public.
