NAM has collected signatures for almost a year and a half. Volunteers across the state of Missouri gathered more than 100,000 signatures by February 9th of this year making this initiative campaign a true grass-roots effort.

NAM crossed the 250,000 mark of collected signatures on March 21st with the goal of approaching nearly 300,000 by April 23, 2018. Only 170,000 valid signatures are required to make the ballot. Election officials could potentially invalidate a large percentage of signers that don’t meet their strict guidelines, so additional signatures are required to ensure a valid number of signatures are counted.

Greater St. Louis NORML is working hand-in-hand with NAM to bring Missouri patients the cannabis medicine they need with your valid registered voter signature. There’s more to do.

The majority of funding comes from small donations of $5, $10, $20 and $30. More donations are needed to fund media purchases and informational events through election day on November 6, 2018. You can donate to the campaign here: Donate NAM.
