GSTL NORML Gets Ready for 2020
This year is shaping up to be one of the most exciting years on record for Missourians supporting the end of cannabis prohibition. You can be one of the driving forces as we move towards adult-use cannabis as a board member of Greater St. Louis NORML.
Medical marijuana cultivation licenses were awarded on December 26, 2019 and on January 10, 2020 manufacturing licenses were released with dispensary licenses due on January 24, 2020. Missouri will be literally turning green by late spring/early summer when legal medical cannabis sales begin.
Greater St. Louis NORML has been a pivotal force in bringing legal medical marijuana to Missouri. We will continue to work for adult use and the end of cannabis prohibition, but we need your support.
There will be open director positions available for 2020. Missouri’s new cannabis industry needs talented participants and the best place to get them is activist organizations like Greater St. Louis NORML. This is an opportunity to make a difference and help dismantle the costly war on drugs in Missouri.
If you have talents as an organizer, event planner, speaker, writer, treasurer, social media expert, or activist, consider running for the GSTL NORML board. We are looking for dedicated people to help end cannabis prohibition and have fun while doing it.
Only members in good standing at the end of the January meeting can vote or hold office for GSTL NORML. Join us at our January meeting and learn more. You can pay your dues online or in person at the January meeting.
