NORML KC Cannabis Initiative
NORML KC, the local Kansas City, MO chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) is collecting signatures for a decriminalization initiative. Under the proposal, if someone is caught with less than 35 grams of marijuana, they would get a city ordinance violation with a maximum $25 fine. There would be no records and no arrests made.
