Missouri’s Cannabis Microbusiness Program Ready For Applicants

The rules, regulations, and forms for Missouri's Cannabis Microbusiness Program have been finalized. The Division of Cannabis Regulation will be accepting applicant submissions starting July 27, 2023 and ending August 10, 2023. Forty-eight licenses, spread out over Missouri's eight congressional districts, will be awarded by lottery in October 2023. (Columbia, MO) Missouri NORML is pleased to announce that more than 5,500 Missourians have had their marijuana cases expunged from all public records only a few weeks after Article XIV, passed as Amendment 3 on the ballot, became effective on December 8, 2022. The Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA) reported that 3,518 expungements have been granted by Missouri courts as of January 19, 2021. More expungement are in the pipeline.
